Designed for use as a base ply in hot mop, cold applied and torch applied roofing applications and specifications requiring ASTM D-4601 Type I/II base sheet.

USP™ NVB (Nailable Venting Base)/USP™ NVB (M) is manufactured with a heavyweight, select fiberglass mat designed and constructed to be strong and wrinkle resistant. The glass mat is saturated with a high quality, non-filled asphaltic bitumen and coated on the underside with a ceramic granule to allow for lateral venting. USP™ NVB/USP™ NVB (M) is designed for use as a base sheet for hot mopped, cold applied and torch applied roofing applications where additional venting is desired in specifications requiring an ASTM D-4897 Type II fiberglass venting base sheet.

USP™ TYPE IV/USP™ TYPE IV (M) Glass Ply Sheet is manufactured with a tough fiberglass mat containing heat-cured resinous binders. The high strength glass mat is saturated with a high quality, non-filled asphaltic bitumen for a strong, durable yet uniformly porous sheet for ease of application. Designed for use in hot mop roofing applications as a basic ply sheet in specifications requiring ASTM D-2178 Type IV felt.

USP™ TYPE VI/USP™ Type VI (M) Premium Glass Ply Sheet is manufactured with a heavyweight, premium fiberglass mat containing heat-cured resinous binders. The high strength glass mat is saturated with a high quality, non-filled asphaltic bitumen for a strong, durable yet uniformly porous sheet for ease of application. Designed for use in hot mop roofing applications as a premium ply sheet in specifications requiring ASTM D-2178 Type VI felt.

USP™ Mineral Cap Sheet is manufactured with a heavyweight, select fiberglass mat designed and constructed to be strong and protect against UV, weathering and physical damage. The glass mat is saturated with a high quality, non-filled asphaltic bitumen and coated with a ceramic granule surface for a strong, durable cap sheet. Designed for use as a mineral cap sheet in hot mop applied roofing applications and specifications requiring ASTM D-3909 cap sheet.

RapidGRIP™ READI-BASE is a sand surfaced, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) self-adhering membrane. Manufactured with a strong fiberglass mat that is saturated and coated with a premium quality, “high tack” asphaltic bitumen that is combined with durable SBS elastomers and protected by a poly release film for easy installation. RapidGRIP™ READI-BASE is specifically formulated as a base layer for use over USP™ ISO-CA, AC-Foam-III, SecuRock™ Roof Board, and DensDeck DuraGuard®. It is ideal for temporary dry-in of roofs or as an underlayment under shingles, tile and slate. May be installed direct to primed or unprimed plywood or primed OSB. RapidGRIP™ READI-BASE can be utilized as a base layer in SBS cold applied, SBS torch applied and SBS mop applied assemblies where applicable. USP™ ISO-CA is a closed-cell, polyiso foam core integrally laminated to heavy black coated-glass facers. USP™ ISO-CA is also available in 25-psi density formula. USP™ ISO-CA features a more durable facer and is more dimensionally-stable. Typically specified for mechanically attached single-ply, cold-applied BUR and cold-applied modified bitumen membrane systems. DO NOT USE WITH HOT-APPLIED MEMBRANES, I.E. COAL TAR OR ASPHALT. Available in 4’ x 8’ (1.2m x 2.4m) and 4’ x 4’ (1.2m x 1.2m) panels.

USP™ Tapered ISO is a closed-cell, polyiso-foam core integrally laminated to heavy black (non-asphaltic), fiber-reinforced felt facers. USP™ ISO is also available in 25-psi density formula. USP™ Tapered ISO is manufactured in a tapered profile to attain positive drainage while maintaining the highest thermal efficiency available in a tapered system. Available in 4’ x 4’ (1.2m x 1.2m) panels only.

USP™ WALKBOARD is a composite adhered modified bitumen sheet consisting of a smooth underside and a granule top side. Each layer is manufactured with a heavyweight polyester mat designed and constructed to be strong, while remaining wrinkle resistant. The USP™ WALKBOARD is available in APP modified bitumen polymer or SBS polymer and asphaltic bitumen for a strong, durable sheet. Designed for use as a designated walkway for built-up and modified bitumen roofs.

DensDeck DuraGuard® is an enhanced roof board incorporating a low perm, integrated coating with all the features of DensDeck®
Roof Board. Additionally, the durable DuraGuard coating provides an ideal substrate for a wide variety of adhered roofing systems,
including self-adhered and hot-mopped membranes.

DensDeck Prime® Roof Board is an exceptional fire barrier, thermal barrier and recovery board used in various commercial roofing
systems. The product features a pre-primed surface to make the bond even stronger. The patented DensDeck design employs glass
mat facings front and back that are embedded into a water resistant and moisture-resistant treated core, providing excellent fire
resistance, moisture resistance and wind uplift properties.

SECUROCK™ Brand Roof Board is a roof board for low slope commercial roofing that uses an advanced fiberreinforced technology to provide superior performance. It provides superior protection from moisture and mold.
