To compliment our line of commercial roofing products, U.S. Ply, Inc., offers a wide range of thermal insulations and cover boards to meet virtually every system need. Our USP™ ISO, USP™ Tapered ISO, USP™ ISO-CA and USP™ Tapered ISO-CA are made with environmentally compliant blowing agents that enhance the thermal performance of the insulation without producing harmful HCFC’s (hydrochlorofluorocarbons). In addition, the facer is made from recycled material meaning USP Insulations are a cost effective “Green” building solution. U.S. Ply also markets Structodek and Securock cover boards which are produced from recycled materials. In addition, some of our insulation configurations are designed and approved for use in high wind solutions – just another layer where we have you covered – proving we have the knowledge and the expertise in supplying the highest quality products combined with innovative solutions to the ever changing dynamics in the roofing industry.

Product Description: USP™ Tapered ISO-CA is a closed-cell, polyiso foam core integrally laminated to heavy coated-glass facers. USP™ Tapered ISO-CA features a more durable facer and is more dimensionally stable. USP™ Tapered ISO-CA is also available in 25-psi density formula. USP™ Tapered ISO-CA is manufactured in a tapered profile to attain positive drainage while maintaining the highest thermal efficiency available in a tapered system. Available in 4’ x 4’ (1.2m x 1.2m) panels only.  
Application Method: USP™ ISO-CA is applied using mechanical fasteners or compatible cold adhesive.

USP™ Insulation Adhesive  
Product Description: USP™ Insulation Adhesive is a highly polymerized asphalted based adhesive used for attaching various types of rigid-board roofing insulation to a variety of substrates and to other rigid board insulations. USP™ Insulation Adhesive is used to adhere USP™ ISO-CA, USP™ Tapered ISO-CA, perlite and wood fiber insulation panels to each other and to adhere these boards to structural concrete and gypsum roof decks. The surface to which the adhesive is applied must be clean, dry and free of any loose material.  
Advantages: Ideal for areas where hot asphalt is prohibited, undesirable, or impractical. Has excellent bonding strength. Easy application over a wide temperature range, ready for use as shipped. Note: This product is not to be used in conjunction with EPS or XPS insulation or any other solvent sensitive material.
